**What will be your role?**

Get onboard the PayFit rocket by joining our Global Sales Ops team as a Sales Enabler.

Your objective is
**to improve**
**our sales conversion rate and MRR generation** by providing the adapted enablement programs
**to increase sales performance.**

You will be a
** strategic partner to the global sales teams.** This is a high-impact scope with
**great exposure to leadership** and direct results on our
**revenue generation**,
**strategic decisions**,
**team structure** as well as on our
**sales operational efficiency**.

Your missions:
**Sales strategy and performance**
- Master sales performance
- Find creative enablement programs in order to impact on business priorities and solve performance issues
- Build the sales academy in order to master sales skills
- Develop a self-learning mindset approach personalized by needs
- Activate new revenue levers
- Improve sales productivity
- Onboard new sales

**Process, content & tools optimization**
- Ensure Sales team is empowered with pertinent content and tools to sell new PayFit revenue levers
- Think out of the box to improve our tool stack: new processes, new tool, new best practices
- Be a partner to Productivity Team in order to deploy business oriented improvements on our tools
- Give the right ressources, training, tools to new sales players in order to perform on their new position
- Be a referent for new sales players in terms of sales best practices

**This job has been tailored for you if**
- You are enrolled in an engineering or business school and looking for an end-of-study internship or apprenticeship (last year)
- You’ve got an experience in Sales
- You're dynamic and passionate by bringing your precious help to the sales team
- You're a communicator and have presentation skills
- You’re creative, organized and detail oriented
- You are a strong problem solver and you’ve got an analytical mindset
- You are familiar with some or all of the following tools (or eager to learn them): Notion, 360Learning, Salesforce
- You are a real team player with strong interpersonal who wants to build a big success story with us
- You want to learn, improve and gain responsibility
- You are an autonomous, self-motivated and organized person
- You speak English fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment
