WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)

We are seeking a talented Sales Enablement Manager to play a key role in enabling sales teams to be more efficient and stay focused on winning business. This role will primarily be supporting the sales team to identify and manage the right mix of tools and process optimization to move opportunities to close faster. Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with Account Executives and supporting them in their day-to-day activities
- Implementing sales processes such as MEDDPICC and Value Framework and training Account Executives
- Creating and updating proposals for clients based on their specific needs and industries
- Creating sales collateral (case studies, one pagers) in collaboration with marketing and product to reflect the most up-to-date product capabilities and unique selling points
- Supporting Account Executives in the maintenance and management of their CRM records in Hubspot
- Supporting Sustainability Consultants in the organization of client workshops
- Creating and maintaining sales tools such as RFP templates and confidence scoring tool, rate cards

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working enablement and sales, preferably in a tech startup environment
- Having a background in sustainability is a strong advantage
- Experience defining and driving sales enablement strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate high attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Fluent in English is required
