**Job Description**:
As a Sales Enablement, you will join our Sales Excellence team whose main goal is to design, plan, analyse our sales targets & performance and enable our Sales team to keep improving its performance.
Your mission will be to design, build and continuously improve a best-in-class sales training program to enable our Sales team to keep improving their performance.
**Missions**:
- Develop and implement training programs and curriculum for the sales organization that increase productivity and performance.
- Collaborate across departments and levels within the organization to complete enablement projects on schedule.
- Clearly communicate progress on enablement projects to key stakeholders and set clear expectations for the anticipated use and impact of deliverables.
- Incorporate training paths and content into online learning and content management platforms
- In charge of internal sales onboarding (onboarding & constant training expertise)
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in creating high-quality content and managing training. You are very rigorous and clear in any document that you produce for your Team.
- You have a strong experience with excellent oral and written communication skills, both in English and French
- 3 years in Sales (former Sales/ Sales lead) or working closely with Sales (Sales Operations, Sales Enablement)

- The ability to work in a international team
- ** Great Project management skills** : you have a proven track record on managing projects involving different teams, engaging multiple stakeholders, retro-planning and prioritizing, providing visibility, creating alignment, and communicating (oral and written);
- Rigor, sense of organization, and autonomy
