**EME CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER**(M/F/X)**

**1. Project Management Skills**:
Overseeing construction programs to ensure timely delivery, reviewing and approving drawing submissions, and monitoring contractor progress reports are crucial tasks. Ensuring construction detailing meets design objectives and conducting QA/QC inspections are also important.

**2. Stakeholder Coordination**:
Coordinating with architects, consultants, and the retail team, attending and documenting meetings, and ensuring contractors adhere to design intent are essential responsibilities.

**3. Quality Control & Compliance**:
Ensuring construction detailing meets design objectives, conducting QA/QC inspections, and developing snag lists to document and complete all defects.

**4. Technical Knowledge**:
A solid background in project management, particularly in retail fit-outs, is beneficial. Knowledge of contracts, design materials, and construction standards will help ensure that ambitious goals are met.

**5. Continuous Improvement**:
Collaborating with the central design team to enhance technical details and materials for store designs, ensuring properties meet lease requirements and are ready for growth and change.

**MAIN TASKS**:

- Preparing & drawing project feasibility studies, both financial and technical
- Create project program and share with internal and external parties
- Sharing and adapting projects with the various Sephora departments in charge of the stores (real estate, merchandising, offer, operations, finance, etc.)
- Ensuring reporting on the various stages of the projects to the stakeholders
- Regularly visit the stores sites to identify and resolve any site-related issues
- Seek out and find local partners in accordance with the LVMH Code of Conduct
- Launch calls for tender and follow the Sephora Purchasing Charter
- Develop the store sustainability following LVMH Life in Architecture charter
- Ensure that the budgets for each project are respected
- Take delivery of projects and put them into ‘maintenance’ mode
- You will be the interface with local teams and Sephora's central management

Travel abroad will be required to visit work store sites, meet suppliers, vendors and local teams

Position based in Neuilly sur Seine, France, it reports to Head of EME Construction Team

- Degree (+3 or +5) in civil engineering, or construction, or architecture,...
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a retail construction role
- Good level of English
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, in their entirety and within budget
- Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems
- Software: Microsoft Office, Autocad
- Photoshop and Sketch Up would be a plus

- Superviser les programmes de construction pour assurer une livraison en temps voulu, examiner et approuver les supports graphiques (APS, APD, etc), et surveiller les rapports d'avancement des entrepreneurs. S’assurer que les détails de construction répondent aux objectifs de conception et effectuer des inspections QA/QC sont importants.
