Nous recherchons notre tout(e) premier(e) **Customer Success Manager** pour accompagner la croissance, maximiser la valeur délivrée à nos clients et structurer notre moteur Customer Success.
Vos missions
- Gérer l’expérience client de bout en bout (onboarding, adoption, rétention)
- Accompagner les clients dans la prise en main et l’utilisation optimale du produit
- Comprendre en profondeur les objectifs business des clients et les aider à atteindre leurs résultats
- Identifier les risques de churn et mettre en place des actions proactives
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Sales et Produit
- Faire remonter les feedbacks clients pour améliorer le produit et les process
- Travailler directement avec les fondateurs pour définir la stratégie Customer Success
- Évoluer à terme vers un poste de management Customer Success
Votre profil
- Anglais courant indispensable
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en Customer Success en B2B SaaS (obligatoire)
- Forte orientation client et résultats
- Capacité à être à la fois opérationnel(le) (onboarding, support, suivi) et stratégique
- Esprit entrepreneurial, force de proposition
- À l’aise dans des environnements rapides
- Excellentes compétences en communication, pédagogie et relation client
