**YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE**
Acting as a business partner, you ensure that both organization and employees grow and perform in line with the business strategy and the culture of the company.
The main missions of the position are:
- Be the HR Business Partner (organizational design, recruitment & staffing, contribution management, learning & development, compensation, retention, succession plans) of our Executive members and the teams for the following transversal Support Functions : Finance, Legal, Strategy and M&A.
- Lead global projects and reporting related to Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, Well-being, Culture shift, in close collaboration with the Global Communication Team.
- Lead the global processes, tools (Cornerstone) and reporting for Contribution Management, People Development & Learning, People Reviews & Succession Planning and ensure their adoption at all levels of the organization, in close collaboration with the Regional & local HR network.
You report directly to the VP, Human Resources & Communications.
**YOUR PROFILE**
Reconciling financial profitability and the care of living is your purpose at work.
You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with leadership assignments at both site/country and regional/corporate levels.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and love handling both the strategic and operational dimensions of your role.
You have a good knowledge of French labor law.
You know how to foster and influence a heterogeneous and multicultural ecosystem.
Fluent in English and Advanced in French.
