Business Area Process Automation - Division Energy Industries
Work model: hybrid - #LI-Hybrid

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage project execution in France or internationally, ensuring contractual terms are met in terms of cost, schedule, and quality
- Monitor project progress to ensure best practices in cost control, resource management, and compliance with QHSE standards
- Identify, anticipate, and manage project risks, proposing appropriate action plans
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications for the Role**
- Master’s degree or engineering diploma in industrial project management
- At least 8 years of experience in a technical industrial environment, ideally in automation
- Proven experience in cross-functional team leadership and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Project; SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership and ability to unite teams

Willingness to travel regularly within France and potentially abroad

Compensation: a fixed salary between €65,000 and €70,000 gross annually, plus a variable component.
