Sector Sales Manager France, Italy

We are pleased to present this exciting new opportunity for a Sector Sales Manager covering the France, Italy and Spain, reporting to the European Sector Leader.
- This role demands a leader with a strategic mindset. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a highly competitive sector sales strategy, and creating and maintaining up-to-date detailed sales plans for the sector, in line with the sector sales strategy. You will closely monitor new developments within the sector, as well as competitor activity.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and managing each team members’ performance, ensuring they consistently meet objectives / activity KPIs. You will be responsible for supporting team members to continuously develop and grow, which will be achieved in part through you providing regular feedback and 1-2-1 coaching.
- You will manage the overall sector opportunity pipeline in the CRM. You will ensure all team members use the CRM system to its fullest potential and that the CRM is kept up-to-date with high quality and accurate information. You will provide high-quality management reports, in a timely manner.
- There will be opportunity for you to support / lead projects and initiatives, and you will play an important role in helping drive continuous improvement across the business.
- You will closely monitor customer feedback, and for the most significant customers within the sector you may directly own or be personally involved in relationships with these customers.- Regular travel throughout France, Benelux and Spain will be required.
