Position Overview:

The HR Team plays a critical part in ensuring that as a Company we live up to our promise to our employees.
Your primary focus in this role will be ensuring that our People programs and activities for France and Nordic countries, sustain our culture and enable employees and managers to be the best part of themselves and achieve success with us. In this role you will report into the Senior HR Manager for Nordics, Southern Europe and UK.
**Responsibilities**:
- To partner effectively with all levels of management in the France and in the Nordics who lead Sales, Marketing, Partners and Technical teams.
- To run and develop as necessary, programs that help employees achieve success in their roles and grow within the organisation (onboarding, tailored career paths and development opportunities per roles or key individuals, performance monitoring).
- To help Trend develop a local set of activities that reinforces our commitment to being an inclusive company.
- To run as needed team workshops/interventions.
- To own the Employee Relations processes and effectively support Managers in navigating these.
- To build own knowledge, monitor legislative changes and be able to champion internal policies and processes.
- To support as needed the immigration and relocation processes.
Qualifications:
- A self-starter mentality with ability to work with little guidance.
- Comfortable with high level of ambiguity.
- Highly sociable, whilst comfortable with high level of discretion and with having the difficult conversations.
- Very curious about all things HR and Tech.
- Ability to flex between being hands-on and pull resources to help and support.
- Someone who thrives with new situations where the solution has to be found and no precedent exists.
- High level of empathy and influencing skills.
You have:
- You have 3+ years´ experience within Human Resources as a generalist at start up, technology companies or as HR consultant.
- Strong knowledge of French Employment law, ideally some experience with working with other international Employment laws.
- You have an ability to juggle several priorities whilst continuing to meet deadlines.
- A positive “can do” attitude and flexible approach.
- Proven interpersonal and influencing skills at every level.
