**Description**:
Bond is searching for a dynamic **Customer Service & Safety Agent.** This role is multifaceted, requiring an exceptionally organized, adaptable, energetic, collaborative, and self-starting team member that is also comfortable representing the company and navigating our members to safety.

- Monitor and analyze inquiries and member support requests to quickly choose the best solutions and solve problems thoughtfully
- Provide a valuable and meaningful experience for our members by being attentive to their needs
- Exercise good judgment to ensure the utmost quality and ultimately high satisfaction by our customers and clients.
- Document, process, record and report information in verbal, written and electronic form, either in real-time or post-incident

**Must Haves**
- Fluent in French and English.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or security.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
- Effective communication, including the ability to listen and communicate clearly.
- High energy, high attention to details, process oriented, and professional.
- The ability to remain seated for extended periods of time.
- The ability to successfully complete a thorough background and reference check.
- Current, valid and Clean Driver’s License.
- This role may be a hybridized role with the potential of operating from home. If/when operating from home, you will need the following:
- Wired, High-Speed Broadband service with a minimum download speed of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment
- Well-lit, dedicated and quiet area from where to work without interruption or distraction. Must have a neutral visual or neutral virtual background.
- Workspace large enough to accommodate one monitor and a notebook computer.
**Nice to Haves**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Prior experience in security or safety.
- Hold a valid security agent personal licence (card) from the CNAPS with for “remote monitoring”
- CNAPS card for Bodyguarding / Executive Protection

**What You'll Need**
This role will be fully remote initially, with the potential to transition into a hybrid arrangement (remote/office) in the future.
When operating from home, you will need the following:
- High-Speed Broadband service (wired Ethernet connection) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment (having a backup internet provider is a plus)
- For the Online Interview:
- Windows based Notebook or Desktop computer, with a minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available.
- Working High-Definition web camera.
- Well-lit, dedicated and quiet area from where to work without interruption or distraction. Must have a neutral visual or neutral virtual background.
- Workspace large enough to accommodate two monitors and a notebook computer.
