Key Responsibilities- Maintain excellent professional relationships with clients.- Identify, opportunities and upsell and cross-sell additional products and services and meet the set quota requirements- Manage a portfolio of around 40 small and midsize accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded while keeping Stibo Systems interests in focus.- Provide updates about roadmaps, upcoming events and new additional uses case to clients and handle any issues that arise.- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure client requirements are met.- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction and promote software adoption and usage among clients.- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of the software.- Gather and analyse client feedback to improve products and services.- Identify trends for client portfolio based on data insights and derive strategies to maximise ARR for Stibo Systems.

Qualifications/Skills- Proven experience in account management or a related field.- Strong understanding of sales principles/methodologies and customer service practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Good time-management skills.- Experience in PIM, (Multidomain) MDM, other Data Management solutions would be preferred.- Familiarity with AI use cases and capabilities in our core industries is a plus.- Fluency in English is required, any other language is a plus.
