How about you?*

We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking CRM Manager to join our Paris team. The CRM Manager will be responsible for the delivery and reporting of the CRM strategy with focus on early stage activation, engagement and retention and report to the Head of CRM - Lifecycle and Engagement.
**Tasks**
- Develop and implement actionable, multi-channel CRM strategies across the customer lifecycle that activate and retain users
- In close collaboration with all stakeholders (content, editorial, product, etc.), create relevant, customer-centric communications that drive engagement
- Work with a team of 2-3 direct reports to devise and carry out the CRM strategy. Oversee the delivery and optimisation of the comms plan ensuring Deezer is delivering the best experience to its users
- Manage key projects from beginning to end and support the team troubleshooting during campaign implementation
- Be data-driven: Develop and implement test and learn strategies to continuously improve existing journeys and create effective campaigns
- Find new and innovative ways to engage with users using existing channels and grow our channel mix
- Work closely with the Data & Analytics and Marketing tools team to create the right customer segments and tool-setup to enable the delivery of personalized, customer-centric messaging, as well as tracking of campaign performance
- Deliver regular reports highlighting achievements, campaign performance and lessons learnt to inform the wider business

**Qualifications**:

- Team player. We stand strong as a team rather than as a sum of talents and are willing to accept feedback and share our know-how to deliver the best experience possible to our users
- Several years (4+) of experience working in CRM, ideally in subscription-based businesses
- Deep knowledge of CRM Platforms (ideally Braze)
- Ability to think outside the box to create creative campaigns
- Experience managing (small) teams
- Proactive and self-directed
- Excellent planning, analytical and project management skills
- Knowledge and understanding of CRM-relevant data and production processes
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and ability to build strong relationships with them
- Working proficiency in English, an additional language is a plus
- Passion for music
