As a **Product Manager M/W**, your main mission is to maximize the commercial and financial performance of your market segment at the level of the Southern Europe region.

You will report to AC South Product Marketing Team Leader.

This position is based in **Rueil Malmaison.**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Analyze market and portfolio needs and build innovation strategy
- Propose development projects
- Manage enhancements to existing formulas by R&D teams
- Ensure rapid commercial deployment of new formulas in countries
- Optimize the formula portfolio and maximize the use of common formulas across all countries
- Provide support to local internal teams.

**Qualifications**
- Graduated from a Degree + 3/ 5 years delivered by a High School or a University or equivalent program specialized in both Technical & Marketing fields.
- A first professional experience, of at least 3 years acquired in a similar position in raw materials, building, construction sectors.
- We expect from you to lead multicultural projects, sense of customer satisfaction.
- You are comfortable with IT tools and have a knowledge of Pack Office.
- You have a proficient level of French and English.
