As** Regional Team Lead, Pre-Sales EMEA**, you will have the responsibility of partnering with the sales and P&E team in EMEA to drive revenue growth for our organization. You will be leading a team of technical capital market experts that can convey the value proposition of our product and services. You will build strong relationships and you will be able to seamlessly engage with stakeholders from C-Suite to end-users.
**What You'll Do**:
- Oversee the pre-sales effort in the EMEA region.
- Manage the performance and development of the team and coach team members to success.
- Lead a culture of continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency within the team including new employees onboarding and training.
- Win the hearts and minds of our prospects while explaining abstract technical concepts as they relate to business value, and model these skills for the rest of the team.
- Support the sales team in business discovery, demo's, proof-of-concepts and trials.
- Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product Development & Management and Customer Success teams to ensure an exceptional prospecting journey for customers.
- Lead the interface with the Professional Services and Product development teams, articulating the customer use case and requirements, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery teams.
- Leading responses to RFIs and RFPs: Preparing high quality and on-time written responses to prospective client requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Manage and conduct resource requirements analysis for reporting to senior management.
- Engage with our Capital Markets clients from C-Suite to End-user to propose solutions to challenging business problems using the full stack of Numerix product and services.
**Measures of Success**:
- Revenue growth for new business opportunities with mínimal customer acquisition cost.
- Opportunity conversion rate.
- Seamless knowledge transfer into professional services and clarity on client business objectives.
- Provide full market insight with regards to win/loss analysis in CRM.
- Support of Go-To-Markets effort and other product and corporate strategic initiatives.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Exceptional Stakeholder management skills including the ability to build and nurture strategic relationships within cross functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent business writing and communication skills to create and deliver solution proposals, product demos and presentations to audiences from C-level to end-users.
- 5+ years capital markets expertise in trading and risk management.
- Excellent technology skills. In-depth product and/or Services knowledge for SaaS offering in Capital Markets.
- Functional and team leadership experience, ideally having previous experience supporting the establishment of a new function from a strategic idea to an operational plan.
- Empathic communicator being the voice of the customer internally.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build effective relationships with customers and collaboratively across functions.
- Travel in EMEA to visit prospects and customers will be a requirement for this role (appx. 20%).
**Where You'll Work**:
This is a hybrid role, open to all who reside within a commutable distance from our Paris office (17 rue Scribe, 75009 Paris).
