**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
MAXIS GBN was co-founded in 1998 by MetLife and AXA, two of the largest and most trusted insurance companies in the world. In 2016, MAXIS GBN became a joint venture and established itself in London with offices at Monument where it employees an international team of over 60 staff, with another 50 based in 12 locations around the world. At MAXIS GBN, we work with multinational companies to help them deliver employee benefits to their staff around the world. We offer global pooled and captive solutions as well as comprehensive wellness packages. We do this through working with a network of 140 local insurance companies (members) in over 120 markets across the globe. More than 60% of our local member insurers are owned by MetLife or AXA, the other 40% are independent local insurers - all are experts in their markets and help us to find the right solutions for the locally based businesses of multinationals and their employees. Our London headquarters houses support services from global marketing to finance to client reporting and underwriting while working with colleagues based in twelve offices in locations across Europe, the US and Asia.

The role holder is responsible for:
FPA & Actuarial:
The Director of FP&A and Actuarial is responsible of the Financial Planning Analysis and Actuarial department of MAXIS:

- Provide the Chief Technical & Financial Officer comfort on P&L and the adequacy of Solvency I (S1) reserving
- Perform due analysis for financial Planning
- Ensure calculation and pre-validation of the Solvency II (S2) Technical Provisions (TP) and act as a single point of contact in AXA France / MetLife. Identify corrective actions on balance sheet
- Define RAF for UW and manage collateral for counterparty risk

Main mission:

- Ensure proper analysis are performed for: (i) planning (financial plan, budget, forecast), (ii) measuring insurance technical profitability and (iii) identifying remedying actions
- Support the CTFO in describing in the best way the Maxis profitability through proper KPIs
- Ensure that the S1 reserving for both life and non-life respects data quality principles (tight collaboration with Technical dept,)
- Agree with AXA France / MetLife actuarial function on methodologies and share with relevant parties within MAXIS
- Ensure calculation and of data quality principles for the Solvency II Technical Provisions
- Identify corrective actions to be implemented with/by Members in full alignment with Technical and Network
- Work in alignment with the AXA France / MetLife for the validation activities on life / non-life TP and relevant opinions
- Define RAF for UW and manage collateral for counterparty risk. Ensure overall Data Quality

**Votre profil**:

- Degree in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics or other equivalent discipline
- At least 7-10 years of experiences in similar or relevant positions is required
- Deep knowledge of accounting method, planning methodologies and financial analysis techniques
- Deep and proven knowledge of Solvency II / IFRS / US GAAP framework for Non-Life and Life Technical Provisions
- Deep knowledge of Non-life and Life insurance business, possibly in different markets and actuarial models
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset to act as the founder of the Actuarial unit. Problem solving, communication skills. Ability to manage complexity. Detail oriented and proactive approach
- Expert in Microsoft Office software suite, actuarial tools such as Prophet or equivalent and programming languages
- Strong skills to lead people and groups in an international environment
- Willingness to work in a truly dynamic and international environment
- Based in Paris or London, fluency in English, French a plus
