OUR NEED - WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR*
Adikteev is seeking a high performing and passionate Head of User Acquisition, who excels at working with data, creative, and mobile app marketing. You will be a key contributor to launch Adikteev new App Growth Solutions practice. This is a unique opportunity to create this new business from scratch, help shape the offer, tools and processes, as well as onboard and serve our app clients.
**YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- *
Lead acquisition strategy* and operate it for the portfolio of apps you are responsible for.
- **Build and lead a team** (hiring, training, coaching,...) of high performing talents.
- **Define team goals** (OKRs), organisation (app portfolio and tasks repartition), and internal processes.
- **Manage budget** and operate campaigns across all channels (incl. Applovin, Unity, Facebook, TikTok,).
- **Analyse data**, and optimise campaigns on a regular basis to achieve performance targets.
- **Engage with clients** to advise, educate, and provide impactful recommendations.
- Collaborate with developer marketing and creative teams, as well as Adikteev internal creative designers on the elaboration of new ad sets.
- Contribute to the improvement of our team knowledge through internal trainings, content, or market intelligence.

KEY REQUIREMENTS*
*
3+ years of experience in paid performance marketing, including 2+ years working specifically for mobile apps.
- Experience of leading a team of at least 2 people and setting up internal processes and trainings to make the team grow.
- Proven ability to deliver on marketing targets (you’ll be ask to provide 2 references to back-up your previous experience).
- Experience managing budget over 100k$ per month, and managing 5+ channels in parallel.
- Autonomous and self-motivated (ability to work in full remote), good communicator and collaborative.
- Experience contributing to market analysis or marketing content creation is a plus.
