Customer Success Management is a specialized group within Customer Success that focuses on providing personalized attention to customers and acting as customer advocates within PTC. Our Customer Success teams drive adoption, renewals, and expansion in our target list of accounts, while mitigating risks and establishing trust in our client base. As a Customer Success Management Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of corporate clients in the French-speaking region. You’ll help them get the most out of our solutions, guiding them from onboarding to long-term success. You’ll work closely with internal teams and act as the customer’s advocate, ensuring their goals are met and their experience with PTC is exceptional. **What you will do**: - Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming their main point of contact and advisor. - Support clients throughout their journey with PTC—from onboarding to adoption and growth. - Understand customer goals and help translate them into measurable outcomes. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions. - Identify opportunities for growth and help customers unlock more value from PTC. - Share insights and feedback to continuously improve our products and services. - Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to keep customers on track. - Partner with Sales to support renewals and identify new opportunities. **What you bring**: - A few years of experience (2-3) in a customer-facing role — consulting, account management, customer success, or similar. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others succeed. - Curiosity about technology and how it can solve real-world challenges. - Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities. - Fluent in French and English is **mandatory**. **Why join us?** - Be part of a global company with a strong local presence and inclusive culture. - Work with innovative technologies that shape industries like automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing. - Grow your career in a supportive environment that values learning, diversity, and impact. - Join a team that celebrates different perspectives and empowers everyone to thrive.
