Dans le cadre de son développement, une société de gestion d'actifs adossée à un grand groupe de réassurance recherche un Portfolio Administration Officer pour renforcer son équipe Loans & Real Estate au sein du Middle Office.
**Missions principales**
- **Administration et supervision des portefeuilles**:
- Suivi des opérations sur les actifs (acquisitions, cessions, tirages, remboursements, dénouements )
- Contrôle des flux financiers (appels de fonds, distributions)
- Suivi des flux de passif et des positions
- Réconciliation des opérations
- Instructions aux dépositaires
- Valorisation des portefeuilles et validation des valeurs liquidativesTenue de position
- **Collaboration transversale**:
- Interface quotidienne avec les équipes de gestion, de risque, de conformité
- Fourniture d'analyses et d'informations pour faciliter la prise de décision
- Relation avec les commissaires aux comptes et le contrôle dépositaire, réponse aux demandes dans les délais
- **Contrôle et évolution des processus**:
- Contrôle des frais de gestion et autres frais
- Amélioration continue des outils et processus opérationnels (création/mise à jour de reportings, procédures, outils)
- Réponses aux demandes internes (équipes vente, marketing )
**Profil recherché**
- **Expérience**:
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire en environnement opérationnel
- **Compétences personnelles**:
- Rigueur, organisation, réactivité et autonomie
- Aisance dans un environnement dynamique et polyvalent
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles, sens de la confidentialité et goût pour les chiffres
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral)
- Compétences techniques:
- Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel, SQL, VBA, Power BI
- La connaissance de Bloomberg est un plus
- **Formation**:
- Diplôme de niveau Master
