We are looking for an **Account Technician** based in Paris, on a temporary 1-year fixed-term contract.

**Your Team**:
The French operations department manages the portfolio of brokers/clients and insurance contracts for our specialty lines (aviation, construction, natural resources, marine). We are committed to delivering state-of-the-art end-to-end customer service, from capturing policy information to billing and collection. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

**The Impact You Will Have**:
Reporting to the Global Business Operations (GBO) manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient administrative and processing services to clients, underwriters, local entities abroad, accounts, claims, credit control, and brokers for our specialty lines.

**Some of your specific responsibilities include**:

- Managing accounts of varying complexities.
- Serving clients and brokers by responding to requests, managing policies throughout the year (drafting documents, certificates, invoicing, payment follow-up).
- Collaborating with underwriting, claims, third-party, and technical accounting teams.
- Supporting other departments with tasks such as managing accounting suspense, auditing compliance, and addressing claims department queries.
- Preparing data for portfolio renewal and new business implementation, including data entry and verification in underwriting systems.
- Managing daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet KPIs and service standards, while adhering to risk management and compliance procedures.

**What You'll Bring to the Role**:

- A highly motivated team player with a service-oriented mindset, taking ownership of responsibilities.
- A recognized insurance qualification or interest in obtaining one.
- Good understanding of relevant products, policies, and the policy lifecycle.
- At least 2 years of policy management or administrative experience in insurance or related fields.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
- Willingness to learn how AI can enhance your role and organization.
- Native French speaker with at least B1 English proficiency.
