**MISSION**: Prendre en main la génération de leads et la construction d'un pipe qualifié d'entreprise/sites de production ou de logistique internationaux de plus de 50 m€/200 personnes en mettant en place les actions sectorielles, les process de qualification et d'approche commerciale, en travaillant main dans la main avec les Account Executive pour conseiller et vendre les solutions SaaS et IoT.

**RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS**:
Le 1er mois, définir et mettre en place les étapes de prises de marché futures, à l'échelle européenne.
Sous 2 mois, automatiser et traiter les flux de détection de leads, leur qualification et leur approche commerciale.
A horizon 3 mois, faire tomber 25 RDV/mois pour les account managers et ITC.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:
Tu t'appuie sur ta formation à la vente, pas forcément académique, pour être un vrai radar à bon business, en environnement BtoB, industrie, logistique, production de PMI/PME de plus de 200 personnes. Tu aimes chasser en bande et tu sais partager tes techniques de travail, tes trouvailles, organiser et accélérer quand il le faut, autant avec la technique qu'avec le marketing et ton équipe de ventes. Si tu as des bases de growth, automation, CRM, c'est évidemment un plus car nous sommes en pleine structuration de notre forte croissance. Tu travailles de manière autonome, à distance en partie, au sein d'une équipe de 5 personnes dont un fondateur, aussi fou de technologie et de data que d'injecter de l'Humain dans les process de prod. Tu aimes apprendre, tu veux progresser professionnellement dans une entreprise de forte croissance animée par de vraies personnalités.
