Symrise - always inspiring more **Your role** The Global Account Coordinator** supports the GAD (Global Account Director) and the Global Sales Team. They act as a liaison between various stakeholders and ensure the follow-up of client requests across all categories (Fine Fragrance, Hair Care, Skin Care/Make-Up). - **Coordinate global or regional client projects** involving sample requests, technical data sheets, regulatory questionnaires, pricing requests, consumer test preparations... - **Assist the sales team** with their commercial activities (organizing travels, managing logistics for client visits to Symrise, coordinating with regional teams...) - **Manage and input client files** as well as commercial data essential for the proper functioning of information systems (PACE, EIS, SAP, Symportal, EIS, etc...). - **Compile and consolidate data,** create dashboards and reports, analyze key indicators, and prepare documents for the sales team (budget planning, annual price negotiations, market monitoring of products...). - **Direct people management (2p)** and lead an international network of sales assistants: create processes, exchange best practices and useful information, forster collaboration... **About you** Experience**: - Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, International trade or similar - Minimum 5 years in a similar role in a matrix environment - Experience in leading a small team while being "hands-on" - Knowledge & interest in the fragrance industry will be an advantage - Digital : MS Office, Project Management SW such as PACE, EIS, SAP... - Fluent in French & English **Soft skills**: - Business mindset with customer focus - Organized & rigorous - Team spirit & leadership - Proactivity, initiatives taker - Ability to work under pressure with short timings - Strong communication and presentation skills - Multi-tasking "Swiss-knife" **Our offer** Become part of our open and transparent culture.
