Reporting to Sales Manager France, you will be responsible to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account acquisition within an territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. **CORE FUNCTIONS**: - You will promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. - You will demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs. - You will develop the market share of BIC products, based on fixed goals and accomplishing sales targets - You will develop new strategic sales channels such as Hospitality, Offline... - You will provide information on our range, pricing, promotions; developing & follow up promotion plans in area - You will manage the budget per customer and ensure maximum optimization of the budget - You will communicate with other departments such as Marketing & Customer Service - You will report directly to Sales Manager and actively provide them feedback on Market, Competitors activities & key customers’ needs. - You will follow up complaints & returns from Customers to react & build action plan to smooth the impact on the business. - When needed, you will deploy training for Customers' Sales Force, giving advice & support to promote our products in the market. **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**: - University Degree (valuable) - Specific sales training will be an advantage - 5 years’ experience as Business Develope or Account Manager. Retail experience will be considered as an advantage. **SKILLS / COMPETENCES**: - Business development approach - Strong negotiation skills in a “market penetration” environment essential - Customer focus - Drive for results - International mindset - Planning and organization skills - High Assertiveness: interpersonal and communication skills - Team player - Autonomy & ability to take initiatives - **Fluency in French & English** - **Frequent travelling is required in France and Europe** - **Full remote policy** BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
