**Passengers Key Account Specialist, France & Foreign markets**:
The Passengers Key Account Specialist, France & Foreign markets will drive growth and strengthen the company’s market presence by developing and implementing strategic sales plans in alignment with management objectives. This role is pivotal in expanding the customer base, nurturing relationships with existing partners, and exploring new business opportunities in the region.
You will act as the primary sales contact for the country, ensuring that professional standards are upheld, KPIs are consistently met, and revenue opportunities are maximized. Through strategic evaluation of market trends and distribution channels, you will identify areas for improvement and execute business plans to enhance the sales structure in alignment with local market dynamics.

Are you ready to take charge of driving business growth and shaping the future of our company in the French & Emerging markets? As a Passengers Key Account Specialist, you will:
- Lead and Expand: Design and implement strategic sales plans to grow our customer base, working closely with management to achieve ambitious goals.
- Continue to build Market Presence: Strengthen our foothold by fostering relationships with existing partners and seizing new business opportunities.
- Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the main point of contact for passenger sales, ensuring the sales structure operates at peak efficiency and meets monthly KPIs in alignment with company policies.
- Maximize Revenue: Continuously assess and optimize distribution channels to drive revenue growth and propose innovative solutions.
- Shape the Future: Evaluate and enhance the sales structure based on local market trends, independently executing territory business plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Regularly meet with clients to assess evolving needs and strengthen partnerships.
- Identify emerging markets, monitor competition, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Establish sales objectives for networks and agencies, by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide hands-on support to sales associates to close deals and generate leads.
- Stay at the forefront of industry knowledge by attending workshops, networking, and participating in professional events.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Administration, and Accounting, to ensure seamless operations and payment follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 5 years in the tourism or transport sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex organizations.
- Skills: Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled in negotiation, planning, and business development. Strong communication, time management, and stress management abilities are essential.
- Languages: Native French speaker with good knowledge of the English language.
Italian would be a plus.
