**Your role**

**Key Account Manager - Fine Fragrance**

Responsible for managing strategic global client relationships and driving commercial excellence across the Fine Fragrance category.

**Main Responsibilities**- Lead global partnerships with Global Key Fine Fragrance clients, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term growth.
- Manage end-to-end commercial projects, coordinating cross-functional teams across international hubs.
- Develop and execute account strategies including pricing, portfolio optimization, and service agreements.
- Organize creative workshops and strategic meetings to foster innovation and client engagement.- Ensure global coordination and consistency in service delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders.

**About you**

**Profile & Requirements**
- Degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in the fine fragrance industry.
- Proven track record in global key account management within a matrix organization.- Strong collaboration experience with Creation & Marketing teams.
- Solid understanding of fragrance markets, brand and private label dynamics, and regulatory aspects.- Fluent in French & English
