We are currently looking for a **Business Development Assistant **to join **Executive Education department **in our **Fontainebleau **campus. This is a full time, permanent position.

The Business Development Assistant will support the Corporate Partnership teams in Europe.

S/He will implement and coordinate all aspects of the administrative duties for the corporate client portfolios.

**The Business Development Assistant will be responsible for critical tasks**:

- Working with corporate partnership teams in Europe as their administrative support person
- Scheduling of complex meetings/calls with clients or prospects, using various technologies (MSteams, Zoom, Webex).
- Booking and preparation of meeting rooms.
- Support when answering to RfPs.
- Conducting initial company research (datamonitor, report)
- Working on procurement platforms.
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Helping with the formatting, review of PowerPoint documents/proposals.
- Inputting data and producing reports on Salesforce
- Getting custom programme contracts signed (via docusign) and follow through, internal distribution of signed contracts, follow through with clients on getting signatures
- Interest in INSEAD, executive education and the custom programme activity
- Ability to work independently and within a team of BDAs in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a multi-culture environment and prestige business school.
- Extremely well organized and structured.
- Strong attention to details, multitasking
- Bilingual English/French (main working language is English).
- Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international organization.
- IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and ability to learn how to use platforms).
