**How you´ll help us**:
As an Order Management Specialist, you will
- Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail related to EU orders
- Create and process orders in respective ERP system, process requests for rush orders, and review pending orders and customer requests
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting, and proofreading correspondence
- Liaise with BU International as well as, sales and logistics departments to ensure orders are processed effectively
- Actively collaborate with Solplanet International. (Corporate in China)
- Perform other support for order fulfillment, including providing suggestion to improve platform and system, reworking software, or labels of products

**Requirements**:
**Your background and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics or international trade related major
- At least 2 years of working experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or sales support role.
- Previous experience in the PV inverter industry is preferred, but not a necessity.
- Native in French and business fluent in English. A third language is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with a desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
