Le support technique formation est responsable de s'assurer que l'environnement de formation pour les produits assignés est complet et à jour pour permettre aux équipes de service terrain et de support technique d'exécuter leur rôle.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Technical Support Training (F/M) basé à Pompey.

Le support technique formation est responsable de s'assurer que l'environnement de formation pour les produits assignés est complet et à jour pour permettre aux équipes de service terrain et de support technique d'exécuter leur rôle.

**Vos futures missions**:

- Effectue les activités de formation de Sartorius Chromatography Equipment liées aux produits de service.
- S’assure que toutes les informations sur la formation, la présentation et les informations sur le site Web sont complètes, exploitables et à jour pour le produit de service.
- Défini et certifie les formateurs pour les produits de service.
- En coordination avec le support technique et le département de formation, définir le programme de formation standard._ _
- Défini et certifie les formateurs pour les produits de service.
- En tant que support technique, interviens sur les sites client lors des services de SAT, IQ/OQ ou maintenance. Réalise support niveau 2 si nécessaire.

**Votre profil**:

- Bac +2 /+5 avec formation ou expérience de service,
- Maitrise anglais parlé et écrit (+ 80% des formations et documentations en anglais)
