As we continue to expand, Global-e is looking for a Sales Director based in Paris.
**This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and execute sales strategies to expand Global-e’s market share across the the EU region, driving revenue growth.
- Build and oversee a high-performing sales team, ensuring success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success and solutions engineering to align on strategic objectives and go-to-market initiatives.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights on market trends and opportunities.
- Cultivate a culture of success, accountability, and collaboration within the regional sales team.
- Identify and execute on strategic opportunities for new business and partnerships.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in sales leadership, preferably in B2B/B2C environments within e-commerce, SaaS, or logistics
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets, building and scaling sales teams, and managing complex sales cycles.
- Expertise in European markets, with a deep understanding of regional e-commerce trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with C-level executives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales performance analytics.
