**Job Description**:
We are looking for a workplace coordinator for the Paris office, who can assure the effective functioning of the office by providing an efficient, safe and welcoming working environment for employees and their activities. We are seeking a colleague who enjoys working independently but collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic company.

**Your impact**
- Main point of contact for employees, executives, vendors and partners on all office related issues.
- Execute and support the operations (both soft and hard services) and logistics of the Workplace for the Paris office.
- Handle any operational, administrative and operational issues and requests from the employees.
- Work with the building management on any topics concerning the office.
- Handle on site events like: employee events, local client meetings, lunches for meetings, etc.
- Execute (small) projects.
- Procurement of office needs and handle any vendor interaction for cleaning, drinks, snacks, etc.
- Work in close collaboration with our Safety Security, IT, HR teams.
- Handle any Space planning topics
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as requested/needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- This role is on site 3 to 4 times a week
- Proven experience in the same area of field, same role.
- Capable of operating in a complex environment with mínimal guidance.
- Might need to be reachable outside office hours in case of emergencies.
