**Position Overview**
We’re looking for a leader who can take ownership of Togal’s global partner strategy and scale it to the next level. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing two critical areas: value-added resellers located around the world and integration partners where our solutions can be combined to deliver even greater value. This position requires a balance of strategic vision and execution, with a focus on building long-term partner relationships that drive measurable revenue growth and expand Togal’s global presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute Togal’s global partner strategy across resellers and integration partners
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new value-added resellers while managing ongoing partner success
- Build and maintain strategic integration partnerships with technology providers that expand our product ecosystem and customer impact
- Negotiate agreements that drive commercial results while supporting sustainable long-term relationships
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and partner success
- Represent Togal at industry events, conferences, and partner forums
- Consistently track, measure, and report on partner performance and revenue contribution

**Qualifications**
- Experience in channel sales, global partnerships, or strategic alliances with a proven record of building and scaling reseller or distributor networks
- Experience structuring and managing technology integrations or alliances, preferably in SaaS, construction technology, or adjacent industries
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to negotiate and deliver revenue through partners
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to operate effectively across global markets
- Data-driven approach with a focus on partner ROI and measurable growth outcomes
