**Job description**

Siamo alla ricerca di un/a HR Administration Specialist per il nostro ufficio di Parigi che avrà le seguenti mansioni:

- Gestione delle presenze dei dipendenti;
- Gestione del payroll (raccolta degli elementi variabili della busta paga, trasmissione dei dati al consulente del lavoro, verifica dei cedolini);
- Convalida delle ferie e degli straordinari,
- Calcolo dei premi variabili da pagare;
- Gestione e monitoraggio degli interventi formativi;
- Organizzazione e supervisione delle interviste di valutazione annuali;
- Supporto all'HR della sede centrale nelle attività relative al sistema di selezione, valutazione e incentivazione.

Competenze ed esperienze rilevanti per la posizione:

- Precedenti esperienze nello stesso ruolo;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto software Office e, preferibilmente, del softwere paghe Sylae;
- Ottime capacità di gestione e di problem-solving;
- Proattività e capacità di lavorare in squadra;
- La conoscenza della lingua italiana e francese sono un must have.

**N.B. La risorsa dovrà essere residente a Parigi.**

**Il contratto è una sostituzione maternità di circa 1 anno**
