Le groupe SOVITRAT est à la recherche pour l'un de ses clients un PROJECT OFFICER H/F.

Missions:

- Admistratif

Gestion du planning de la gouvernance récurrente et de la logistique associée

Organisation de la logistique des trainings en présentiel

Gestion/Organisation des déplacements de l'équipe

Gestion des points avec les représentants du réseau en visite au Siège

Gestion des accès nouveaux entrants et externes

Coordination des congés de l'équipe, de l'organisation du télétravail, des places bureau et des fournitures (et mise à jour du fichier des congés)

En charge des évènement équipes tel Team Building
- Opérationnel

Collecte documentaire : collecte et vérification de la fiabilité des informations transverses (RH, Contacts List,..)

Support au pilotage de sujets transverses (en mode RUN):

- Harmonisation des supports de présentation, incluant la traduction de certains documents de l'anglais vers le français
- Coordination opérationnelle avec les RO / Agences / Lignes en région pour la sécurisation des échéances de readiness/ déploiement (ex : gestion des accès, centralisation des demandes à rediriger au niveau de l'équipe projet)
- Création de référentiels/ checklists sur les sujets non couverts/ structurés dans optique de partage au niveau de l'équipe Line Transformation
- Centralisation des questions récurrentes

Gestion du kit d'Onboarding des nouveaux (et mise à jour)

Nous recherchons un profil intermédiaire (+ de 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire) capable d'assister 1 lead projet et plusieurs Lead Stream dans un environnement international et multiculturel.

Le profil s'interfacera avec principalement tout le Steering projet et l'ensemble des ressources pour certaines activités.

Vous sera également en collaboration avec d'autres départements et projets. Compétences requises:

- Un bon niveau d'assertivité permettant:
D'établir une relation de confiance avec l'ensemble de l'équipe

De maintenir une dynamique de groupe
- La capacité à gérer plusieurs activités en parallèle
- Organisation, rigueur et proactivité
- Anglais avancé/courant

Environnement technique et fonctionnel:

- Maîtrise du Pack Office 365 et notamment Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Teams
- Connaissance d'outils collaboratifs (tels que Kahoot, Klaxoon, Beekast)
