**Human Resources Director Retail**
The role leads HR for the Europe & Middle East region as well as business partnering for key corporate head office functions related to Retail: Commercial Direction (Retail Excellence, Training, Clienteling ), Digital, IT & Supply Chain.
Partnering with the related Codir members, ensuring that organization and talent sourcing/management are aligned to the Retail business strategy and challenges.
Additionally, to this direct business partner role, the HRD Retail will coordinate and animate the Givenchy HR retail community across the regions (US, Greater China, Korea and Japan) in partnership with the Fashion Group.
The context is a business in transformation with clear HR priorities: strengthening the organization through talent acquisition combined with developing existing talents whilst creating an inspirational team adventure and a unique culture of belonging.
**Your mission**

- Attract, recruit, and develop high caliber talents to the retail store network and head office
- Supervise Development, Training, and Internal Communication initiatives for Retail EME and Corporate functions in the scope, ensuring appropriate on-boarding programs, employee participation to consistent training paths and fostering the culture of Talent Development and People Engagement.
- Guide and supervise the annual Organizational and Management Review (OMR) as well as Individual Compensation Review (ICR) for the EME region and corporate departments in the scope
- Monitor market salary levels and key HR trends to propose initiatives to stay competitive to retain and reward our talents
- Pilot annual budget and 3-year plan in the scope, ensuring control of personnel costs and anticipating needs for the business in close partnership with the HQ Comp & Ben
- Coordinate all aspects related to employee relation matters
- Actively network with the local LVMH HR community on Group initiatives. Foster internal mobility
- Animate the Givenchy Retail HR community: help launch global Maison / Group initiatives, share best practice in all regions and inspire the teams to elevate the Givenchy experience across departments and regions
- In general innovate the HR approach: act as a transformational HR lead to reinvent the way we work, contribute to build up an inspiring, challenging and respectful environment for talents (for internal and external talents).
The position is based in Paris and reports into the Global Human Resources Director managing a team of 2.
**Profile**:
**Your added value**
- Minimum 10 years proven experience in a similar role, with international Retail exposure.
- Languages: fluency in French & English is mandatory.
- Expected mindset: customer orientation, flexibility, integrity and trust, entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, strong team player.
- Strong Knowledge and competencies in:
- Talent acquisition / Talent scouting capabilities (ideally in a retail environment): interview and assessment techniques combined with a good flair on people.
- Organizational design, HR Processes and Procedures, Change Management experience
- National and/or International Labour Law; Budget and Personnel Costs management
- Team management capabilities
- Strong Interpersonal Communication & influencing skills
- Passionate about people development
