**Votre mission**:
Onet recrute, afin d’accompagner sa transformation digitale, un **Business Process Expert Procure to Pay (BPE P2P) F/H**.

Basé au siège social de Marseille (9ème arrondissement) et rattaché à la Direction AMOA et Data Gouvernance, vous êtes l’expert et le référent groupe sur le périmètre fonctionnel P2P. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les BPO S2P & P2P, les Key Users métiers, les Référents applicatifs, les Référents Achats de chaque Business Unit, la cellule de Change interne, la DSI, et les partenaires externes (éditeur, intégrateur).

Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes:

- Planifier, mobiliser et coordonner les ressources métiers concernées par le périmètre P2P dans toutes les phases du projet
- Définir et piloter les référentiels achats (fournisseurs, articles, contrats ) avec un œil comptable et financier
- Participer et veiller à la qualité des livrables proposés par les équipes projets ainsi qu’à l’adéquation de la solution aux besoins des exigences fonctionnelles et métiers P2P
- Intervenir lors des ateliers de conception
- Participer et coordonner les recettes du projet pour les fonctionnalités achat, de la demande d’achat au paiement fournisseur.
- Participer aux instances dédiées
- Être force de proposition sur l’optimisation de la performance de l’outil
- Suivre et proposer des indicateurs de performances
- Participer au déploiement du nouvel outil et participer aux actions de change management

**Vos atouts**:
De formation supérieure (Ecole d’ingénieurs, Master 2 en finance, ESC), vous justifiez d’une expérience mínimale de 8 ans à des fonctions similaires, acquise dans l'industrie ou les services BtoB.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les processus P2P. Une connaissance des ERP leaders sur le marché ou des best-of-breed P2P serait un plus, tout comme avoir déjà participé à une migration ou une mise en œuvre d’un nouvel ERP finances/achats (ou d’un outil P2P).

Curieux, rigoureux et tenace, vous avez de réelles propensions à cibler, comprendre et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs. Vous faites preuve d’importantes capacités à travailler en mode collaboratif et êtes en mesure de convaincre les parties prenantes de prendre les bonnes décisions.
