**About our client**:
Our international Client is a media and technology consulting agency, expert in digital strategies and activations. Combining the creativity of its teams and their historical expertise in media and technologies with significant proprietary data capabilities, it offers to its clients, premium tailor-made support to increase the effectiveness of their media campaigns.
**YOUR MISSIONS**
As key member of the sales team, your role will be to accelerate the growth in the Italian market. You will be in charge to identify new relevant opportunities, build and develop relationship and revenue from under-developed portfolio and new direct advertisers and agencies. You will work in synergy with the consulting team dedicated to the Italian market.
You will successfully position yourself and the company as a strategic partner, breaking down barriers and silos, inspiring key stakeholders, and budget holders to entrust our partner to manage their digital media strategy demonstrating performance and return on investment.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:
- Ensure customer prospecting from qualification to closing deal
- Discover the needs of advertisers and agencies, understand their challenge and, position our services to respond to their issues
- Collaborate with the consulting team for the development of the strategic and commercial proposal to best meet customer expectations
- Support operational in charge of the campaign delivery in business reviews with the aim to renew contracts and defend results
- Develop a relationship of trust with your clients and agency partners
- Regularly animate your portfolio thanks to the commercial & marketing materials at your disposal to detect new opportunities
- Achieve turnover objectives
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**
- **EXPERIENCE**: Minimum 5 years of experience in a client facing sales and partnership management role generating new business and growing client relationships in their infancy.
- **NETWORK**: Existing Advertiser and / or agency network
- **DIGITAL EXPERTISE**: Social media and / or SEA and/or programmatic industry knowledge expected
- **PROJECT MANAGEMENT**: good organisational skills, ability to collaborate with different teams (consulting, marketing)
- **TRACK RECORD**: delivering and exceeding targets, partnership management from early discussions to closing
- **MINDSET**: autonomous, with a temperament of hunter, opportunist and real will to succeed.
