**About the Role**

This role requires strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills to successfully engage with defence contractors, government agencies, and key industry players.

**_ Key Responsibilities_**

**Sales Strategy & Business Development** - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and expand market share within the Defence sector.

**Key Account Management** - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Defence contractors, government bodies, and key decision-makers.

**Market Expansion** - Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.

**Collaboration & Compliance** - Work closely with internal teams (production and quality assurance) to ensure product compliance with Defence industry standards.

**Industry Expertise** - Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and technological advancements in Defence-grade steel to maintain a competitive edge.

**Contract Negotiation** - Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships.

**Project Management** - Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract execution and after-sales support, work closely with the internal special sales team.
