To support our growth in Europe, we are currently looking for people who want to evolve in a fast-growing company, with a start-up spirit and labeled Great Place to Work. **More about our vacancy**: As Customer Care Specialist for the French speaking part of Belgium and EMEA market, you will be responsible for answering the queries of our Belgian and international customers to ensure their satisfaction and happiness. Furthermore, it is of course extremely important that the customers correctly understand our platform and its functionalities so that they use the acquired tools correctly and continuously. **The daily tasks in this position include**: **1. you will handle incoming operational requests from existing clients.** You use special tools to track customer enquiries - we pay attention to scalability and always try to implement new smart solutions for recurring questions. #WorkSmartNotHard You'll be able to identify and reproduce customer technical difficulties and report them to IT - we know all the intricacies of the platform and are true experts. #TroubleShooting **2. onboarding new clients** You'll help set up the various products and tools that clients have purchased - always in consultation with the relevant Account Manager:in. From Day 1 of each new partnership we are directly involved. #WithoutusNothingHappens You conduct webinars in which we show, present and explain the products to the customers - most of the time we are active behind the scenes, but sometimes also in front of them :) #TimeToShine You guide customers through their first steps on the platform and make sure they find the information they need in our HelpCenter - we build trust, a good relationship and ensure a 1-A service level. #ServiceLevelAgreement **3. you work on internal projects that aim to constantly improve the satisfaction of existing and new customers.** You understand the specific needs of international clients and ensure that these are taken into account in JobTeaser's international strategy - we work across teams and our client feedback is invaluable internally. #ChoseYourBattles You'll take part in team projects to make sure our customers have the best possible experience (Knowledge Management) - we believe in a growth mindset and as many things change in little time in a start-up, you always grow with the company. #ItWillNeverBoring **4. you are an expert for our products and the EMEA market** You know the back office functionalities inside out You are able to identify and assess recurring problems and feedback in this regard You make suggestions to improve our products and the platform You are the link between all departments You work with the account managers, but also closely with the product and technical teams. Being an expert is extremely important here.
