**Title**: Turkish-Support Specialist

**Reports to**: Engagement and Support Manager

**Job Summary**:
This position is required to have an in office presence in our Paris office.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Document Review: Review of documents uploaded by suppliers to ensure readability, completeness and consistency
- Process Improvement: Contribute to internal documentation to streamline Sourcemap support processes. Think critically and creatively to implement automation and scale the Sourcemap support experience, including surfacing common pain points to the Sourcemap Product team to optimize product features and the user experience
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year professional experience supporting a technology product, in a user-facing role
- Experience handling time-sensitive, pressure-intensive customer issues
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing organization (preferred)
- Proficient in English and Turkish, proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Working knowledge of case management tools like Gmass,HubSpot, Zendesk or similar ticketing system
