**SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES**
- To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
- To log all calls on the call logging system.
- Respond to enquiries from staff and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
- Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected
- Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
- Administer Hardware maintenance for all desktop IT equipment.
- Assists in maintaining the operating system and security software utilized on the network,
- including the addition of new users to the network and establishment of rights and privileges
- To allocate more complex support issues to the IT Manager.
- Oversee and update assigned support service requests.
- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data, network, patch network
- cable, end-user computing, software, and server management.
- Set up desktop computers and peripherals and tit network connections.
- Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives.
- Interact with staff on network problems and their resolution.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent
**Salary**: From 150.00€ per day
