**Le poste**
Nous accompagnons un groupe pharmaceutique européen à taille humaine, indépendant et en forte croissance, dans le recrutement d’un(e) **International Business Development Manager (H/F)** pour accélérer le développement de son activité CMO/CDMO à l’échelle européenne.
Rattaché(e) au COO et en lien direct avec le comité exécutif, vous êtes responsable de la conquête de nouveaux clients sur les marchés clés (Allemagne, France, Royaume-Uni, Espagne, Italie). En tant que relais stratégique de l’entreprise sur les enjeux industriels, vous contribuerez à structurer la fonction, à définir la stratégie go-to-market, et à construire un portefeuille clients durable et pertinent dans un contexte de forte croissance des capacités de production.

**Profil recherché**
- Formation supérieure en commerce, sciences de la vie, pharmacie ou chimie
- Expérience confirmée (8 ans minimum) en développement commercial CDMO/CMO dans l’industrie pharmaceutique
- Solide réseau au sein du secteur pharmaceutique
- Excellente compréhension des capacités industrielles et des environnements réglementés
- Autonomie, sens stratégique et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement entrepreneurial
- Maîtrise de l’anglais courant
