**Team**
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with large enterprise customers.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to lead complex sales cycles.
The new Account Manager will join a team of 5 Account Managers based in Paris and will work closely with CSM and Pre Sales Teams to achieve the assigned mission.
**Missions**
- Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients to drive retention and expansion.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets through upsell and cross sell.
- Customer Success: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximize the value of LumApps solutions.
- Strategic Selling: Lead complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close large deals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to drive business innovation.
**Skills**
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in a SaaS or tech company.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving customer growth.
- Strong understanding of digital workplace solutions, employee engagement, and internal communications.
- An experience in Generative AI is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Team player.
- Ability to manage complex sales processes and build long-term customer relationships.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales methodologies.
- **Fluent in English and bilingual in French.**
