**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Director of Account Management and the Regional Lead of Publishers Monetization to negotiate and develop relationships with publishers.
- Perform due diligence and quantitative/strategic analysis of potential partnership opportunities
- Assist ad operation on maintenance and optimization of publisher inventory monetization
- Manage a team of Publishers Account Managers to identify and pitch strategies for optimising performance and generate revenues
- Collaborate with a team of Inventory Monetization Specialists to actively help promote existing and new clients
- Deliver regular performance reviews for publishers with data-driven and actionable insights
- Work with Product and commercial leads in identifying mutually beneficial upsell opportunities for publishers to implement including additional formats, placements, or products
- Troubleshooting coordination
- Capture and research digital industry / market trends and new development
- Track and evaluate metrics across publisher sites, as well as analyzing metrics to determine overall trends and strategy
- Assist in implementing processes and structure to scale Publisher businesses through our platform quickly and efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of publisher development/sales experience
- Proven ability and track record in developing and closing opportunitie
- Familiarity with digital technology platforms
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent English in French
- BA/BS required

**Education**
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
**Relevant Work Experience**
5-7 Years
