To support our growth, we are looking for a Technical Support Agent, ready to commit long-term and grow with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide effective and professional technical support to our international users, requiring excellent command of English.
- Customize and code reports based on client needs, potentially using C#.
- Write and update technical documentation and user guides.
- Assist in training users on the software’s various features.
- Must have a fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Skills in SQL or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- A desire to continuously learn and master a complex software system.
- An interest in the aviation sector, with prior knowledge being a significant plus.
- Basic skills in C# programming, or the desire to develop these skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively solve problems.
