On-site Project Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive On-site Project Logistics Coordinator to manage international logistics operations from start to finish. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery, optimize processes, and contribute to a high-performing global supply chain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement logistics strategies with project managers.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including HS Codes and Certificates of Origin.
- Manage carrier partnerships, contracts, and transport logistics.
- Oversee stock registration, inspections, packaging, and shipments in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with EU trade declarations and verify carrier invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of international transport and customs processes.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and a team-oriented approach.

**Note**: Occasional travel to supplier sites may be required.
