**II. Job General scope**:
The team is actively recruiting a **Senior Business Development Manager - Advanced Composites for** the Wind Energy and Aerospace verticals.

The **Senior Business Development Manager - Composites parts** will be responsible **for developing and implementing a long-term and successful business development strategy our client ,**highly innovative material in its designated vertical (Leisure, Wind or Aerospace)
**This position reports to Chief Business Development Officer**

**III. Main achievements/Missions/Objectives**:

- **Cover all commercial matters such as lead generation, new customer acquisition**:

- **Quotation (RFQ), material supply agreements,**:

- Customer forecasts and customer relationship
- **Market analysis, markets trends (SWOT)**:

- **Technical partnership to propose new technology **(Strong technical background)
- Understands the market, the customer needs and has experience driving technical sales in complex organization.

**IV. Qualification requirements**:

- **3-5 years of experience working in a commercial sales or account management position in the composites or relevant industry **(Wind Energy, Aerospace)
- **A Chemical, Materials Science or Engineering Degree **or equivalent is required
- **Demonstrated experience in developing business **with an interest in entrepreneurship and start-ups
- **Initiative to create and improve processes**:

- Organized, committed, and flexible
- High communication skills orally and in writing in English mandatory (French or German is a plus)
- Willingness to take responsibilities and travel up to 50%
