**Your mission** We are looking for a Customers Service Leader for France. Reporting to Soraya, as part of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a great relationship with our customers and partners You are responsible for the retention of our customers and partners. The success of this mission is crucial for Humasana.

**Your responsibilities include**
- Anticipate: follow the orders on a daily basis, identify potential problems and find the best solutions.
- Create new processes: find solutions to your partners'/customers' blocking points and suggest your ideas to improve internal procedures.
- Partner relations: address partner requests (laboratories, brands, etc.).
- Be a chameleon: depending on the type of customer/partner, you listen, adapt and explain calmly.
- Reporting: report weekly on your activity to your manager

**Your skills**:

- We are looking for an intern who is passionate about human relations, who communicates with great ease and who is extremely optimistic
- Graduate from a business school or university (minimum 2 years of higher education).
- Fluency in writing and speaking German and French
- Thoroughness and great organizational skills.
- Solution driven
- Autonomy and pro-activity
- Great empathy and ability to listen
- Spoken languages: Spanish (C2 level) and French (C1 level) OR French (C2 level) and Spanish (C1 level)
