**MISSIONS**:
Au sein de la Direction Financière, vous participez à l’animation et à la coordination du plan de réduction des coûts:

- Participez à la production, du reporting mensuel de réduction des coûts
- Aidez les Directions concernées à réduire/optimiser les OPEX de l’ensemble des activités du Groupe (Shipping, Logistique, Aérien, Terminaux, Média etc ),
- Identifiez et proposez de nouvelles idées permettant d’optimiser les Opex du groupe,
- Assurez que les KPIs de suivis des couts de chaque activités sont toujours pertinents ou avec les directions concernées, vous en proposez de nouveaux,
- Participez à la mise en œuvre de toutes études ou projets nécessaires permettant d’améliorer la performance du Groupe.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
Rattaché(e) au Contröle de Gestion au sein de la direction financière, vous prendrez en charge les missions décrites ci-dessus. Vous avez en charge la synthèse pour la Direction des différents plans de réduction des coûts couvrant l’ensemble des activités du Groupe (Shipping, Logistique, Aérien, Terminaux, Média etc ).

Dans ce contexte, vous vous appuyez sur les ressources de l’ensemble du groupe et avez pour objectif de faire remonter à la direction générale des propositions concrètes d’amélioration de la performance.

**PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES**:
Vous disposez d’une formation de niveau bac +5 de type école de commerce ou d’ingénieur et avez une première expérience de 3/4 ans idéalement dans un cabinet d’audit ou de conseil.

Une bonne culture générale est souhaitée ainsi qu’un niveau d’anglais opérationnel (idéalement un parcours financier suivi d’une expérience opérationnelle).

Ayant le goût de l’analyse et de la négociation. Vous savez faire preuve d’initiative et de réactivité.

Capable de travailler en autonomie et à l’aise dans la prise de parole en public, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de rédaction, d’expression, de synthèse et de persuasion.
