**What you'll do**:

- Support the People & Culture (HR) team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient HR operations across multiple departments and locations.
- Help onboard new employees and maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Participate in organizing employee training, workshops, and engagement activities to foster an inclusive company culture.
- Contribute to the preparation of HR documentation, reporting, and compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.

**What we're looking for**:

- You’re a student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar.
- You’re curious, organized, and have strong communication skills.
- You’re fluent in English and comfortable in an international environment.
- You’re proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions.
- Previous internship experience is a plus, but not required.
