**About the role**
As the National Account Manager, you will lead Pure Electric’s third-party retail strategy and expansion in France, ensuring outstanding planning, execution, sales, and profit growth. You will manage a portfolio of retail accounts, develop business plans with existing partners, and establish new sales opportunities. As a member of the wider commercial team, you are pivotal for driving the growth and sales agenda throughout France.
You will work across teams at Pure to set and execute a sales plan and launch new products. You will be able to successfully navigate the complexities of a rapidly growing and nimble business: managing stakeholders, spear-heading your plans, and working collaboratively to achieve success. You will be driving the third-party retailer agenda, helping the business build deeper relationships with its key partners, and acting as the central support function for all business activities in France. It’s a dynamic role in a dynamic market and you will shape the future direction, whilst actively participating in all activities required to quickly scale the business.
Experience of creating and activating strategic plans and engaging retailers is vital. A proven track record of delivering joint business plans through effective account management is also necessary. The successful applicant will need to be able to share best practise and help to develop Pure Electric's go-to-market approach throughout Europe, whilst at the same time acting as the market specialist to the brand and marketing teams.
**Please note this job is field-based and will require regular travel to retailer sites across France, with the majority of the time spent in and around Paris. This is an 18-month contract.**
**What you'll do**:
- Deliver account management excellence and lead Pure Electric’s retail expansion in France, ensuring outstanding planning, forecasting, execution, sales, and profit growth.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with all key accounts.
- Collaborate internally to set and execute the retail sales strategy.
- Inspire and influence stakeholders to deliver against collaborative joint business plans.
- Negotiate deals, contractual terms, and deliver sell-in presentations to existing and prospective partners.
- Showcase Pure Electric’s product range to prospective customers.
- Drive retail excellence and commercial success throughout France, acting as an expert on in-store execution for Pure Electric’s products.
- Act as a specialist adviser and translator to the brand and marketing teams, providing strategic analysis, insights, and support on France’s retail landscape.
- Identify opportunities for additional revenue with existing and prospective partners.
- Represent Pure Electric at relevant industry events to drive brand awareness and growth.
**What you'll bring**:
- Experience working with and managing large French electrical retail accounts.
- A client-focus with strong relationship and communication skills.
- Proven track record in national account management, sales, and client relationship management for a consumer product.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of budget management and P&L.
- Experience and exposed to senior level account negotiations
- Evidence of budget control and forecasting across multiple product lines.
- Fluency in French as well as English to communicate effectively with the UK head office. **Please submit your resume in English.**:

**What we'd love you to have but isn't essential**:
