Joseph Joseph was established in 2003 by twin brothers Anthony and Richard Joseph in London. The brothers both originally studied and worked as Design Engineers before they set up Joseph Joseph. Joseph Joseph designs and sells a range of contemporary kitchen gadgets and food preparation items to high end independent and multiple retailers in over 100 countries worldwide. Since the early beginnings, they have successfully grown Joseph Joseph into an internationally recognised global brand known for innovation and market leading products.

The company is run from its London office but has a strong international distribution network, including subsidiaries in France, Germany, Japan, China, Australia and the US. It has won numerous international awards for commerce, entrepreneurship and innovation and is one of the leaders and fastest growing companies in its field. Global operations are run from the UK head office where the customer service, purchasing and supply chain teams are based. The company has 6 distribution warehouses worldwide in the UK, Netherlands, Japan, China, Australia and the US. The stock and operational management of these facilities are controlled from London. The company has a very active new product development pipeline launching multiple product collection each year and growing its category footprint.

We are looking for a National Account Manager to join the team, based in France. Reporting to the Country Manager you will be responsible for managing multiple, key customers through positive relationships to deliver profitable and sustainable growth, launching and driving availability of New Product Development while executing promotional plans for the portfolio.

**What you will be doing**:

- Meet and exceed all KPIs for your customer account portfolio
- Maintain and grow existing accounts and other selected customers
- Effectively manage all new product launches to drive initial listings and maximise availability and revenue growth
- Devise and execute comprehensive and cost-effective account plans, JBP’s and promotional plans and regularly review with each individual key account
- Deploy category management principles to ensure fair share of space in-store and online for our core range and NPD
- Collaborate with other internal departments on customer projects to ensure we maximise our return on investment and act as a best-in-class commercial function
- Enhance the Company profile through undertaking a range of promotional activities to include attendance at relevant trade shows and exhibitions

**What we need from you**:

- Established experience within a similar sales environment, already operating at a National Account Manager level
- Proven track record of achieving business development and revenue growth
- Experience of implementing sales plans, developing customer account plans and JBPs and managing budgets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels whilst providing a quality customer orientated approach
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, presentation and organisational skills
- Flexible approach towards working hours with the ability to travel throughout France
- Full driving license is a benefit
